She represented New Jersey in the Miss Teen USA Pageant. She is also the lead singer and bass player in her band "Soundboard Fiction". She worked alongside director Adrian Picardi with producers Eric Ro and Don Le, to create a low budget web series called "The Resistance". Picardi was the series' official creator and director.

He is known for his roles as Dr. Mark Devanow in Mad About You (1992–1999, 2019), Paul Lassiter in Spin City (1996–2002), Andy in Curb Your Enthusiasm (2002–2021), and as Arthur in the Coen Brothers film A Serious Man (2009).Kind was born to a Jewish family in Trenton, New Jersey. He grew up in Lower Makefield Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. He attended Pennsbury High School and Northwestern University, where he was in the fraternity Sigma Alpha Epsilon. He is also an alumnus of The Second City in Chicago.Kind began his acting career in Chicago, where he performed in numerous stage productions. He made his Broadway debut in 1984 in the play "The Pirates of Penzance." In 1992, he was cast as Dr. Mark Devanow in the NBC sitcom Mad About You.
