Loter also directed the Happy Monster Band, Buzz Lightyear of Star Command, and Disney's Tarzan series, as well as episodes of The Ren and Stimpy Show , "Duckman", "Stressed Eric" and "Kevin Smith's Clerks The Animated Series".He's recently been credited as a director for The Penguins of Madagascar.
